1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends (Sundays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00pm will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs We partner with trusted courier services (such as Leopards, TCS, M&P, or local riders) to ensure your package arrives safely.

- Cost: 250 or FREE on orders over 3000.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Express Shipping (If available):
- Cost: Rs. 250PKR
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days for major cities.
3. Delivery Timeframes Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order.
- Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): Typically 5-7 Business days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take an additional 10-12 business days.
4. Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and the name of the courier service. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.
- Note: Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system after you receive the notification.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Public holidays or strikes.
- Incorrect shipping address or contact information provided by the customer.
- Customs clearance delays (for international shipments).

6. International Shipping Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. (If you decide to ship internationally in the future, you can update this section to say: "We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.")
7. Damaged or Lost Packages We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If the package appears damaged, do not accept it from the rider, or note the damage on the delivery slip.
- Contact us immediately at www.zaujmart.com with photos of the damaged packaging/product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
