Refund policy
At ZaujMart, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your new kitchen accessories, home decor, and lifestyle products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe You have 2-3 days calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:
- Earrings and jewelry sets (unless defective).
- Personalized or customized items.
- Baby feeding products (bottles, pacifiers) that have been opened.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at www.zaujmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
- COD Orders: Please provide your bank account details or JazzCash/Easypaisa number for the refund transfer.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Damaged or Defective Items We inspect every product before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
- Please provide photos or a video of the damaged product and the packaging.
- We will arrange a free pickup of the item and send a replacement or full refund immediately. You will not be charged for return shipping in this case.
5. Change of Mind Returns If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund minus the original shipping cost.
6. Refund Process & Timing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/SMS.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Bank Transfers: For COD refunds, please allow additional time for the bank transfer to reflect in your account.
- Store Credit: You may also choose to receive your refund as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.
7. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the desired item. Alternatively, you may opt for Store Credit to purchase the new item immediately.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/Wrong Item: ZaujMart pays the shipping cost.
- Change of Mind: Customer pays the shipping cost.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges (paid to the courier) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
